    New Board Members learn the ins and outs of the organization, receive their board handbooks, and ask questions with both the incoming and outgoing board president and the executive director.

    Get to know Texas Forest Trail Region Board Members and area partners in a relaxed, rural setting while enjoying snacks and drinks. The merriment continues after dinner and late into the evening for night owls.

  • Partner Recognition Dinner and Gold Circle Awards

    6:30 p.m.
    Current Forest Trail Partner members and past Texas Forest Trail Region Presidents will be honored for their service and commitment to the region by current President Brian Bray, who presents these awards. Guests will enjoy a Mexican buffet dinner including chicken fajitas, cheese quesadillas, beans, rice, and homemade guacamole. 

Thursday, August 19

    Beginning at 7:30 a.m.
    Overnight guests will enjoy a country breakfast prior to the start of the day's meetings. For day attendees, a mid-morning snack of muffins, coffee, tea, and water will be available during the board meeting.
  • Final Board Meeting of FY2010 and Annual Meeting of the Membership

    The Board of Directors will conclude all business for FY2010 before changing over to the new board and officers for FY2011, beginning September 1.
    Membership Meeting
    11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
    The Board of Directors invites our regional partners to join in the unveiling of our new project goals for the coming fiscal year and join task forces to accomplish them. We will also listen to our keynote speaker while enjoying lunch.
