What do you mean by "Sweetheart?"
Yes, love is in the air with our workshops guaranteed to get you on the job for your community and treating your customers and visitors like royalty. These workshops are also a sweetheart of a deal for your organization too, when YOU set the participant price ($10-$25) and YOU keep a quarter of all proceeds. Partner members at the Tree Topper level and higher will keep ALL proceeds from their scheduled workshops and have the option of holding their scheduled sessions at no charge to their participants.*
*One complimentary workshop at Tree Topper level and up to two complimentary workshops at the Paul Bunyan level.
What kind of workshop is this and how long does it last?
Mary offers two kinds of hospitality workshops.
- Basic: The Six Hospitality Habits
- Advanced: Dealing with Irate Customers + Email & Phone Etiquette
Each workshop lasts about 2.5 hours long and is intended for groups of 5-25 participants. Both workshops can be offered on the same day or the same workshop can be offered twice in the same day. Contact Mary Turner to find out what schedule will work best for you.
